VM's and connection to VMNetwork

hello, together!

I have a question regarding networking and standatart v switch.

I have installed ESXi 5.1 Up 1 and created standart switch.

I have 4 vmnics.

I created 2 VM's that are connected to VMnetwork.

But at one VM I can use our network(I connected this machine to domain, etc)

and at another VM I have only unidentified network...

Are there any ideas?
